We are proud to introduce our new suite of personalized, RN-led care packages - thoughtfully designed to deliver companion and skilled, compassionate healthcare in the comfort of your home at a fixed, consistent rate. Whether you're a postpartum mother in recovery, a caregiver to a medically fragile child or adolescent, or an elderly loved one navigating chronic illness or recovery - our care model is rooted in one core value: Keeping families together.

Our care packages are designed and delivered by licensed Registered Nurses and focus on what healthcare used to be - personal, consistent, and centered around the home. From clinical oversight and postpartum wellness support to autism-related care coordination, we offer flexible options tailored to meet the needs of each client and family.

Currently, our services are offered on a private pay basis while we finalize credentialing with Medicaid, Medicare, and select private health insurance carriers. We believe quality care shouldn’t wait, and families deserve immediate access to compassionate support they can trust.

When skilled nursing is needed at home - without losing that comforting, human connection. Perfect for: Post-surgical patients, medically fragile children or adults, wound care, or chronic condition management. Includes: Everything in Care & Dignity Package, plus: Skilled RN services: Wound care Medication administration (oral/injection/IV, if needed) Catheter, G-tube, or trach care Vitals & symptom assessments Monitoring chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, etc.) Full RN documentation and coordination with physician/home health Price: $65/hour $520/day (up to 8 hours)

A personalized nurse advocacy and education plan delivered by a licensed Registered Nurse. Ideal for individuals or families navigating complex health issues, new diagnoses, or confusing medical systems. Health Advocacy & Care Navigation Review of recent or ongoing diagnoses Assistance preparing for medical appointments Clarification of treatment plans and provider instructions Communication support with physicians and specialists Guidance on second opinions or referrals Education & Empowerment One-on-one teaching about diagnoses, prognosis, or medical conditions Education on prescribed medications and side effects Explanation of lab results or imaging Health literacy coaching to build long-term confidence and independence Care Coordination & Support Collaboration with care teams, case managers, or social workers Updates to family members and involvement in care planning Help identifying community resources and home-based services Support during transitions between hospital, rehab, or home Documentation & Follow-Up Detailed nurse notes from each session Personalized care summaries and action plans Ongoing check-ins to support long-term goals Pricing: $45 per hour $360 per day (up to 8 hours) This package is ideal for individuals recently diagnosed with a medical condition, caregivers overwhelmed by the healthcare system, or families who want a skilled nurse to serve as a bridge between home and provider care. For those outside our in-person service areas (Bedford County, VA & Cleveland, TN), this care is also available virtually with the same level of support.
A specialized nursing care plan delivered at home by a licensed Registered Nurse. Ideal for individuals who require clinical oversight without leaving their home. This plan is customized for each client and may include: Clinical Assessment and Monitoring Head-to-toe nursing assessment Vital signs, oxygen saturation, and blood sugar monitoring Fall risk evaluation Skin checks for pressure ulcer prevention Observation of respiratory or cardiac status Medication Oversight Medication reconciliation and organization PRN (as-needed) medication tracking Communication with physicians for medication changes or concerns Education on medication side effects and safe administration Mental Status and Wellness Tracking Cognitive assessment and mood checks Observation for signs of mental health decline or distress Screenings for grief, isolation, or depression Care Documentation and Advocacy Detailed nurse documentation of each visit Updates to family members and primary providers as needed Assistance with preparing for or following up after medical appointments Collaboration with patient and family to develop or review care goals Pricing: $70 per hour $500 per day (up to 8 hours) This package is ideal for post-hospital clients, individuals with chronic conditions, or families who want peace of mind that skilled care is being delivered in the comfort of home.

A mama-centered care plan with the clinical knowledge of an RN and the compassion of a fellow woman. Perfect for: New moms, especially post-C-section, moms of NICU babies, or moms needing support with newborn care. The Latch & Love Package
Nurse-Led Lactation Consulting & Infant Feeding Support Expert breastfeeding and bottle-feeding care, grounded in clinical experience and compassion. Whether you’re preparing for baby’s arrival, navigating latch challenges, managing low supply, or easing into a back-to-work routine, we’re here to walk with you—no judgment, just professional, heart-centered help. Perfect for: Families bottle feeding with formula, expressed breast milk, or both—and wanting support that’s free of guilt, pressure, or one-size-fits-all advice.
